Has this problem been encountered by anyone before? Thanks in advance to whoever replies. I'd thus like to know if it's possible to make these options appear - I don't know if that'll help with my main problem, but this would already be a start. I wondered if it might have been due to the age set for my AppleID, but my birth year there is older than 17, so I don't see why the option wouldn't show. I then noticed that, unlike the screenshots I saw of the Restrictions page, mine only offered the options 4+ to 12+, while these solutions showed the existence of a 17+ and an Allow All Apps button. I have - again, as I did in the past - looked for a solution and the most commonly found one was to disable the app restrictions, which I did - only to see these apps still impossible to download. App Store 'Get' Button Greyed Out on iPad. If you need an app, contact your IT department, and they can add it to your self service portal or install it remotely for you.
The problem reappeared later, as I couldn't download some apps - for example, recently, Rocket.Chat. Managed Apple IDs cannot make purchases (even for free items). I ignored the problem and used Safari instead of Chrome.
I tried to open them through the App Store, but the 'Open' button was greyed out for some reason. Since quite a lot of time now (I can't really remember how long), some of my apps have been missing - Chrome or YouTube for example.
